The project was created as part of the course architectural engineering. The facility is located at the intersection of Kondratyevsky avenue and Vatutin street. The total area of building is 7500 m2, of which 5900 m2 are retail premises. On the third floor there is a cinema with four halls that can accommodate 780 spectators.
